Enough of 2020. Let’s kiss it goodbye and look towards a new year where hopefully we can get our feet back underneath us.

We have the perfect simple recipe for toasting the end of this terrible year.

You will need:

• piquenique - rhubarb wine with strawberries

• a dry sparkling rosé

• strawberries

We went to Old Port Wine and Jacques pointed us to this François Montand Brut Rosé. It is perfect. It is super bubbly, dry, has a crisp finish, and notes of cherries and raspberries.

To make this cocktail, we just did 3 parts piquenique and 1 part the sparkling rosé.

Plop a strawberry in for garnish, raise a glass, and let’s cheers to a much better 2021!
