  • The recipient of the wine shipment is also at least 21 years of age.

Age Verification upon Delivery: In accordance with federal and state regulations, all wine deliveries require the signature of an adult (21+) with a valid government-issued photo ID. Delivery carriers will not leave packages unattended.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, bottle designs, tasting notes, and software) is the property of eighteen twenty wines or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

3. Online Purchases and Shipping

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Direct-to-consumer wine shipping is heavily regulated. We can only ship to states where we hold valid direct shipping permits and where state law allows. If we cannot legally ship to your state, we will notify you and cancel the order.

  • Title and Risk of Loss: Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from eighteen twenty wines to the buyer at the time of purchase. By requesting delivery, you authorize us to engage a third-party carrier to deliver the wine on your behalf.
